Representing and Protecting Your Interests
Every day, elected officials at the local, county, state and federal levels of government make public policy decisions that impact rental-housing providers and the greater rental-housing industry. The Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) is here to serve as your voice on the government issues affecting the rental housing industry in Orange County and parts of Riverside County, as well as at the State Capitol, in Sacramento.
AAOC works closely with both elected officials and government staff to ensure our members rights and interests are represented and protected. Additionally, as members of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the California Rental Housing Association (CalRHA), our members receive additional representation at the federal and state levels of government.
Visit this page to find out the latest information on the major public policy issues that AAOC is tackling on our members' behalf. If you have questions, contact AAOC Vice President of External Affairs Chip Ahlswede at (714) 245-9500 or chip@aaoc.com.
