Apartment News Magazine

Apartment News magazine is the official publication of the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) and has published continuously since the association was founded in 1961. The magazine has a monthly circulation of 2,400 copies, which are mailed to all AAOC members, the cities represented by AAOC, the elected officials who represent the association and its members, and other rental-housing industry and community members.

AAOC members consider Apartment News their "go to" source for industry news and information that can help them as rental-housing providers. Articles focus on timely and relevant topics affecting the rental-housing industry, with a particular emphasis on legislation and public policy issues, legal and regulatory matters, education, industry marketing and business strategies, economic trends and perspectives, operational issues, and more.

Apartment News offers a variety of advertising options to businesses that service residential rental communities and are looking to reach larger audiences of property owners and operators. It also offers exclusive, members-only opportunities to AAOC Product & Service Council members who wish to take their advertising and their industry exposure to the next level.
