The Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) represents its members in Sacramento, in all 34 Orange County cities, and in 14 Riverside County cities, plus county unincorporated communities.

AAOC not only reviews the city council and county board of supervisors meeting agendas to monitor issues and policy proposals that might affect its members and the rental-housing industry, but it also maintains communication with the elected policy makers and government staff.
