About AAOC

The Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) is a non-profit trade association that represents approximately 2,000 rental-property owners, operators, and industry suppliers in Orange County and parts of Riverside County. AAOC members collectively own and operate more than 100,000 rental units in the association's service area.

Founded in 1961, AAOC provides its members with professional education and training, legislative advocacy and representation, resident screening services, operational assistance, networking and business development opportunities, and other resources that will help them maximize their success as members of the rental-housing industry.

AAOC is an affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the California Rental Housing Association (CalRHA).
