AAOC Election Recommendations

Each election cycle, the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) distributes a questionnaire to the candidates within the association's territory who are seeking election at the municipal, county, and state levels of government. The questionnaire seeks to determine each candidate's positions on key policy issues of interest and priority to AAOC.

After reviewing the questionnaires returned and conducting interviews as needed, the candidates whose responses and philosophies align most closely with AAOC are eligible for PAC endorsement and contributions, and inclusion in the AAOC PAC Voter Guide.
