The Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) represents approximately 2,000 rental-property owners and management companies who own, operate, and/or develop residential rental property in Orange and Riverside Counties, as well as businesses that provide products and services to rental-housing providers and their rental communities.

AAOC offers four types of memberships:

  • Owner
  • Property
  • Property Management Company
  • Supplier

Please note: AAOC memberships are on a Calendar-year (January 1 - December 31) basis.

If your company joins on or after October 1, your dues payment will include a prorated amount for the remainder of the given year plus the next year's dues.  

If your company joins prior to October 1, dues will be the equivalent of one full year of membership, and a pro-rated renewal invoice for the next year will be billed in November.

Membership dues are non-refundable and may be tax-deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Consult your tax advisor.

Owner

Membership Dues: $210 base dues + $4.15 per unit + $0.58 per unit NAA dues + $35 one-time new member initiation fee.
