Legal Defense Fund

Frivolous litigation that targets rental properties and rental-housing providers remains one of the greatest threats to our industry. So, too, are the over-reaching government policies and regulations that compromise our Constitutional rights as private property owners, taxpaying citizens, and business people.

The Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) maintains a Legal Defense Fund to engage directly in litigation, as well as to explore and pursue legal remedies to address issues that threaten the interests of its members and the rental-housing industry.
