Updated "Three Day Notice to Pay Rent or Surrender Possession" Form Now Available

The Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) has updated its "Three Day Notice to Pay Rent or Surrender Possession" (Form 1460) following the sunset of California's statewide eviction protections on June 30, 2022.

AAOC members should log into their account and download the form here. The form should now be used for rent accruing on and after October 1, 2021.

AAOC will soon present a members-only webinar to provide instruction on using the form, answer questions regarding the eviction process, offer guidance regarding renters with unresolved rental assistance applications, and more.

The date and time of the webinar will be announced via email and the AAOC website and social media channels.
