New "Three Day Notice to Perform or Quit" Form Now Available

The Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) has published a new Three Day Notice to Perform Conditions and/or Covenants or Surrender Possession operational form, in compliance with state law following the end of California's COVID-19 eviction moratorium on September 30, 2021.

• Form 1475 - Three Day Notice to Perform Conditions and/or Covenants or Surrender Possession COVID-19 Recovery Period Financial Obligations (other than base rent) from October 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022.
