The Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC) has updated its Three Day Notice to Perform or Surrender Possession operational form, in compliance with state law following the end of California's COVID-19 eviction moratorium on September 30, 2021.

• Form 1460 - Three Day Notice to Perform or Surrender Possession COVID-19 Recovery Period Rental Debt - Rent from October 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022.
