Closing Out 2026. Looking Ahead to 2027.

As 2026 comes to a close, what are rental housing professionals seeing in today’s market, and what should we be watching as we prepare for 2027? Join AAOC for an engaging in-person luncheon bringing together multifamily leaders for a timely conversation on leasing trends, market performance, renter expectations, and the strategies shaping the year ahead.

Through current industry data and an interactive panel discussion, we’ll explore what’s working in leasing today, the challenges teams are navigating, and the trends and opportunities to keep on your radar as you begin planning for 2027. Come ready to connect, ask questions, and gain fresh perspectives you can take back to your teams and communities.

*Please Note: Registration is reserved exclusively for rental housing operators. Supplier attendance is reserved for luncheon sponsors.*
