The Apartment Association of Orange County represents approximately 2,000 rental-property owners and management companies who own, operate, and/or develop residential rental property in Orange and Riverside Counties, as well as businesses that provide products and services to rental-housing providers and their rental communities. Owner

Membership Dues: $210 base dues + $4.15 per unit + $0.58 per unit NAA dues + $35 one-time new member initiation fee.
Membership dues are non-refundable and may be tax-deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Consult your tax advisor.
